What we collect when you register

Your full name, email address, phone number, website, company name, company type, booking software, Facebook page, and an optional photo.
If you add a guest, we collect their name so they can check in with you.
We also keep your registration status (waitlist, approved, declined), which events you signed up for, and your check-in time — those are for running the party, nothing else.

Exactly what sponsors can see

This party exists because of sponsors. When you register, you give us permission to share these fields with this party's sponsors so they can introduce themselves or send you a thank-you after the event:
Full name · Company name · Company type · Work email · Website · Facebook page.
That's the complete list. Sponsors see nothing else.

What is never shared or sold

Never shared with sponsors: your phone number, your waitlist or approval status, your check-in activity, and any details about your guests.
Your information is never sold, rented, or given to anyone outside this party's sponsors — no data brokers, no third-party marketers, no exceptions.

Emails we send you

Only emails about your registration: waitlist updates, approval or decline notices, event details, and a thank-you after the party.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click stops all future emails from us.

Opting out of sponsor outreach

Don't want sponsors to contact you at all? Reply to your confirmation email and we'll flag your registration so sponsors skip you.
Opting out never affects your spot at the party — you're still on the list exactly as before.
