• Monday, November 16 · 7:00–10:00 PM. Doors open at 6:45 — check in any time until 7:30.
• Arriving after 8:00? Still come — just reply to your confirmation email so we hold your spot.

• Industry casual — whatever you wore on the show floor is perfect.
• Closed-toe shoes are best for the hitting bays. No suits required.

• Unlimited Topgolf bays, one drink per guest, and food all night.
• The whole industry in one room — manufacturers, distributors, rental operators, software folks.
• Raffles and sponsor giveaways throughout the night. Photos and video all night — tag @thejumperman.

• Yes — the party is fully hosted. Bays, one drink per guest, and food are all on us.
• Just register ahead so we hold your spot. Extra drinks are available from Topgolf on your own tab.

• Honestly, no. People will have a drink in one hand and a golf club in the other, and the conversation is party-rentals business all night long.
• It'll bore the kids — I personally wouldn't bring mine.

• It helps, but it's not required at the door. The party is for the inflatable-rental industry.
• Register ahead and you're on the list — bring your badge if you have one so folks know who you are.

• When you arrive at Topgolf, head upstairs to the rooftop terrace and look for the Jumper Man banner — that's the check-in desk.
• Hold up your QR door pass from your status page (a screenshot works, no signal needed) and staff will scan you in. No pass? Give your name and we'll look you up.
• Check in any time from when doors open at 6:45 until 7:30. Arriving after 8:00? Reply to your confirmation email so we hold your spot.

• Included: unlimited Topgolf bays and games, rooftop terrace access, food all night, and one drink per guest from the private bar.
• The private bar is reserved for registered Jumper Man Party guests — show your pass at the bar to get your drink.
• Not included: extra drinks beyond your first (available from Topgolf on your own tab), and the separate Fogo de Chão lunch (a separate RSVP).

• Monday, November 16 at 1:00 PM (wraps around 3:00). Capped at 50 guests.
• Buy-your-own — I reserve the room, you cover your plate ($53/person for the Full Churrasco).

• First, everyone goes on a waitlist. That list is what I take to my sponsors to see how much we can raise for the party.
• You'll be notified as spots become available, and everyone will know whether they're confirmed 3-4 weeks before the party.
• Being on the waitlist is not a confirmation — your spot is only locked in once you're approved.

• Yes — the party is capped at 150 guests. Once the list fills up, new sign-ups are added to the waitlist.
• We never close registration, so you can always join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment a spot opens.

• If your registration includes a +1, they're on the same QR code — walk in together.
• Need to add a guest? Use the add-guest link in your confirmation email.

• On the waitlist? You'll get an email the moment a spot opens — nothing else to do.
• Need to cancel or change details? Reply to your confirmation email so someone else can take your spot.

• Come and go as you please — check in any time until 7:30 and the bays run until 10:00.
• If you're arriving after 8:00, just reply to your confirmation email so we hold your spot.

• Topgolf's menu covers most needs — vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available.
• Reply to your confirmation email with specifics and we'll make sure you're set before the night.

• Please do — tag @thejumperman so we can share it.
• We'll have a photographer and video crew on site all night, and sponsor giveaways tied to the content.

• This party exists because of sponsors. When you register, you give me permission to share some of your registration details with the party's sponsors so they can introduce themselves or send you a thank-you after the event.
• Exactly what sponsors can see: your full name, company name, company type, work email, website, and Facebook page. That's it.
• Never shared: your phone number, your check-in or waitlist status, and anything about your guests. Your info is never sold and never goes to anyone outside this party's sponsors.
• Don't want any sponsor outreach? Reply to your confirmation email and I'll flag your registration so sponsors skip you — it won't affect your spot. Full details are on the privacy policy page.

1. Open your status page and screenshot the QR code — it works with no signal.
2. At the door, hold your phone up with the code on screen, brightness up.
3. Staff scans it with their phone camera — one second, no typing.
4. They confirm your name and company on screen, then you're in.
5. Lost the pass? Give your name at the door and we'll look you up.

1. Sign in to the host area once at the start of the night.
2. Open the door check-in page and tap Start camera, allowing camera access.
3. Hold the guest's QR code inside the green box — it scans automatically.
4. Green panel means let them in, amber means they already checked in, red means not approved.
5. Verify the name, company, and events shown on the panel match the guest, then tap Next guest.
6. No pass? Search their name in the list below the camera and tap Check in. Scanned the wrong person? Tap Undo.
